Change Your Thoughts... Change our Life So often, our lives resemble a rat race and we lose sight of the abundance around us. Now is the perfect time to take a few minutes to reflect on all the blessings we have received over the last year. Possessing an attitude of gratitude for what we have been given and what we have right now opens windows for more positive elements to enter into our lives. One of the greatest ways I have found to stay in the habit of expressing gratitude is by writing in a gratitude journal. Keeping a gratitude journal keeps you focused on all that is good in your life and subconsciously you begin to expect more good things. A wise man once said, "The grateful mind is constantly fixed upon the best. Therefore it tends to become the best. It takes the form or character of the best, and will receive the best." I encourage you to foster your attitude of gratitude by writing down at least 10 things you are grateful for today. Get a journal to write your thoughts in.
