What a difference a year makes!

We have reached the end of our first year as England?s largest HomeBuy Agent and we are delighted that through joint working between Orbit HomeBuy Agents and you, our stakeholders, we have achieved some impressive results as the figures on page 2 will clearly show. I'm sure you will agree that it?s great to see our combined efforts having such a positive impact. The recession and all of the problems associated with it last year saw ongoing difficulties in the housing market with many lenders tightening their mortgage criteria, pushing home ownership further out of the reach of many people. However, together ? and with the variety of HomeBuy products available ? we have helped many people find a home that they can afford and we should all be very proud to have played a part in that. Your support is a massive part of this success and we?d like to take this opportunity to thank you for helping to make this year such a success. It is a pleasure working with you all and the team at Orbit HomeBuy Agents have undoubtedly benefited from your professionalism and expertise.
