Marissa Davis
Marissa is a Benefits Associate supporting Vita Benefit Group?s account executives in all areas of benefits administration and compliance. Marissa brings strong human resource skills to her position, having performed Human Resource generalist functions for employers that range in size from 125 employees to 16,000 employees. This varied career in human resources makes her a tremendous asset to the benefits team. Marissa shares the same high standards of client service that Vita extends to all its valued clients.
Jayne Drake
Jayne joined the Vita team in February 2000. She is an Account Executive in the COBRA department and maintains a large client base of employers with whom she works directly to ensure full compliance of the COBRA regulations. Jayne is consulted regularly by other benefit brokerage companies to share her extensive knowledge of and expertise in all aspects of the COBRA law. Jayne prides herself on providing a high standard of customer service, and developed these skills from her prior employment as a Team Leader at a large energy company in the United Kingdom. Jayne graduated from Manchester University, England, in 1995 with a B.A. and BPL in Urban Planning.
Ari Fleischauer
Ari is known as one of the premiere administrators in the Flex Spending world. She specializes in IRC Section 125 benefits administration and on-going plan compliance issues. Ari currently manages the Vita Flexible Spending Account department, the Vita Service Center, and oversees complete operations of VitaFlex, a product that is used by many of the major consulting firms in the industry and is considered a world class program. Her previous experience in the Human Resources Department at National Semiconductor adds to her foundation as a solid resource in the HR, Benefits, and Flex arena. Ari graduated from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, in June 2000 with a B.A. in Psychology.
