Dan Delmar The Suburban Gérald Tremblay won a third consecutive mandate on Sunday night. Vision Montreal’s Louise Harel and Project Montreal’s Richard Bergeron split the protest vote, allowing Tremblay to win a challenging and, at times, nasty campaign. He finished with roughly 37 per cent of the vote to Harel’s 32 per cent and Bergeron’s 25 per cent. Justine hospitals. ERs at both hospitals are receiving nearly twice the number of sick kids they are equipped to handle; the majority of children seen by doctors are presenting mild flu-like symptoms and fever, which can easily be treated at home.
