Vision Montreal?s Louise Harel and Project Montreal?s Richard Bergeron split the protest vote, allowing Tremblay to win a challenging and, at times, nasty campaign. He finished with roughly 37 per cent of the vote to Harel?s 32 per cent and Bergeron?s 25 per cent. Justine hospitals.
