Park Ave. merchant may not survive roadwork

Businesses on the Mile End artery are already suffering because of an ongoing road infrastructure overhaul project that will continue into the new year; parking is limited and access to their storefronts is obstructed by excavation crews, machinery and fencing. Open since June, the coffee shop has found a niche market with young families in the area by catering to young children and toddlers - with stroller parking and all.
