Local residents concerned about Rizzuto shooting

Nearby residents aren?t as bothered about the car as much as they are about its driver, Nick Rizzuto Jr., being shot and killed in broad daylight on a busy street. ?I?m concerned about my family,? said homeowner James Lawlor. ?I want safe streets for my wife and my children and I don?t want my property to lose its value.? Only minutes after Rizzuto was shot by a waiting gunman, Lawlor could hear the police cars racing to the scene as he was walking through the Melrose tunnel on his way home. Minutes later, he saw firemen working on Rizzuto as they were trying to save his life but it was already too late.
