A Shiloh & Friends cruise vacation is an experience you'l never forget, and goal is to do what we can to help you get the very most out of every moment you share with us. So we've put together a few basic tips and guidelines to make sure you've got everything you need for your upcoming adventure. WHAT TO PACK
- Of course you won't forget the camera, but here's a list of other important items you'l need to squeeze into that suitcase. On the first day. For the first day of your cruise, pack a smal cary-on bag with your travel documents, a change of clothes, bathing suit, workout clothes, and any medications you may need. That way you don't have to wait for your checked bags to arive in your stateroom. Onboard atire. Shorts, t-shirts, slacks, trousers, casual skirts, blouses, sweatshirts, and jackets are al perfect during the day, whether indoors or out. > If you're planning to visit our onboard fitnes center, be sure to bring extra shorts, t-shirts and socks that you won't mind working out in - plus a pair of tennis or running shoes/sneakers. Dinner atire. Meals in the main dining room folow these suggested guidelines: Casual: Sport shirts and slacks for men, sundreses or pants for women Smart Casual: Jackets and ties for men, dreses or pantsuits for women Formal: Suits and ties or tuxedos for men, cocktail dreses for women (For special formal night) >>Remember, shorts, T-shirts, and bathing suits are not considered appropriate atire in the dining rooms at dinner. Casual dres dining is available nightly in the Windjammer Cafe. And be aware you'l also need smart casual atire for some of our specialty restaurants. > Binoculars are another often forgoten, yet indispensable travel item. Be sure to pack a pair for magnified excitement onboard and onshore. Save space. Be sure to leave some room in your luggage for al those souvenirs and mementos. Some space-saving ideas include: Bring shirts and pants/skirts that mix and match, turning three outfits into five or six. Wear your heaviest shoes during embarkation and disembarkation so you don't have to pack them. Pack smal items inside larger ones for eficiency. Some individuals consider bringing an additional empty bag for those acquired extras. Remembe Remember that nights on deck can be cool. Bring sweaters, jackets and long pants. And if you'l be touring any museums, cathedrals or churches, it's always wise to dres conservatively. You may also want to bring a raincoat, hiking shoes and a travel umbrela. And don't forget your swimsuit - it may be cool outside but it's always warm in our Solarium. What Not To Pack For the safely of our guests, the folowing items are not alowed onboard: Electrical Transformers, Cofee Makers, Candles, Irons, Ilegal Drugs, Flammable Liquids and Explosives, such as fireworks.
