JAN/FEB 2010 No name dude Greg Adler President & C.E.O. 4 / ORA JAN/FEB 2010 LOTS OF STUFF HAPPENING IN 2010 Well, obviously we?re well into 2010 by now and looking forward to another year of fun in the dust, sand, mud and snow (and whatever else we?re trudging through). As you?ll read below in the President?s Corner, Greg Adler will again be racing in the King of the Hammers race. In addition, this year 4 Wheel Parts will be there in full force with their Showroom On Wheels as well as sponsoring the 4 Wheel Parts Last Chance Qualifier race where up to 50 teams will vie for a spot in the main KoH event. Also we?ll be covering all the usual events such as EJS, WE Rock, Indy Jamboree as well as some of the smaller, and less established club events. There?s also the full calendar of Truck & Jeep Fests that will include a new event in Houston. Between ORA magazine, Truck & Jeep Fests, Showroom On Wheels, and the 4Wheel Drive Hardware Customer Appreciation Event, it will be hard not to run into us. Also, check in with your local 4 Wheel Parts Performance Center store location as many of them will be organizing events of their own. For those of you who panicked when you didn?t see a January magazine, not to worry. For various reasons, Off-Road Adventures combined its January and February issues to create this one combined version. The rest of the year you will get monthly magazines! Also new for 2010 is the enhanced buyers guide section. Each month we will highlight a key category of products and provide better images, features and benefits. As this magazine hits, I will be fine-tuning for the King of the Hammers race. This one of a kind event is a combination of a desert race and a rock crawl through some of the toughest terrain in the world. We mash the gas pedal on February 12. Check out the KoH Survival Guide in this issue. For those Northern California folks, the Truck & Jeep Fest kicks off its 2010 schedule at the San Mateo Expo Center Feb 27-28th. For more info check out www.4wheelparts.com/truckfest I want to congratulate Robby Gordon on his championship winning season in Score Trophy Truck class. Read more about it next month in Off-Road Adventures. ? Thanks and enjoy this issue of Off-Road Adventures magazine. ?Greg Adler Go to 4WDJeepGiveaway.com for your chance to win a custom Jeep
