• 5% discount + dating through February 27, 2009 for all orders placed through September 19, 2008 • Dating through February 27, 2009 (no discount) for all orders received between September 20 and November 3, 2008 • Discount and dating available only for those accounts that have open terms and are in good standing.
Early/Late Shipping:
• Accounts may request a later streetdate for Holiday product. Earlier shipping of some titles may be possible, however availability is not guaranteed. All requests for alternate streetdates for Holiday product must be made in writing through your KOCH sales representative.
Returns:
• Purchases and returns of all Holiday titles are excluded from our calculations of return percentages. Return penalties will not be applied to Holiday titles.
