In their giving nature, they were certain it was a mistake that we didn't want to feature someone else from their organization. To us, it is these unsung heroes that piece together successful non-profi ts. Those featured here are merely scratching the surface of those who've made a career of helping others. This is the fi rst of a series of such folks. We'll show you more next month in our annual philanthropy issue. Readers, get your Kleenex box when you delve into the chronicle of the courageous battle of breast-cancer survivor Coco Dorsey. For Coco, sharing her journey is cathartic, which you'll fi nd in the raw and vulnerable strain in which she pours out the most trying struggle of her life. The uncut version of her brave story can be found on our Inviting Blog. Aptly, Coco is our "Face of the Race? for Race for the Cure which will be held in downtown Little Rock on October 11th.
