Ovarian Cancer Rally & Luncheon
T he Arkansas Ovarian Cancer Coalition, a grassroots organization held a rally and luncheon at the Governor's Mansion on September 9. Those in attendance were ovarian cancer survivors, their loved ones and medical experts in the fi eld. The wish of the organization is to increase the awareness of ovarian cancer in the state of Arkansas. Before gathering at the mansion for lunch, a rally was held at the state Capitol.
