he Arkansas Governor's Mansion was the venue for the annual Prism Awards, held by the Arkansas chapter of the Public Relations Society of America. With the mission of highlighting our state's most outstanding public relations work from 2007, the cocktail reception and awards ceremony opened to members across the state. Markham Howe, APR, public relations director for Arkansas State University, was given the chapter's Crystal Award for his service to the community and public relations profession.
