T he First Annual Silent Auction Event for the Little Rock Police Department Citizen Police Academy (CPA) was held in downtown Little Rock. The Bill & Margaret Clark Multipurpose Facility was the venue for the party, attended by force members, supporters, committee members and several political candidates. A successful silent auction helped raise funds for the CPA, a program designed to give the public a working knowledge of the Little Rock Police Department's personnel and its policies.
