The Gulf Coast Workforce Board partners with Royal American Management (RAM) to offer The One on One, One by One Program. This program serves as the area's Welfare Transition Program and strives to move welfare recipients from dependency into employment by emphasizing personal responsibility and self-sufficiency. Participants in the program are provided with intensive case management in a face-to-face, one-on-one environment to help them address and overcome barriers to employment. In addition, the One on One, One by One program provides professional job coaching, employability skills training, job referrals and motivational encouragement.
