Port Stanley has always been a "go-to" place for the beach and the perch dinners, but more and more Londoners are deciding to retire there permanently. Two and half years ago, this London couple purchased two adjoining lots right on the beach. She was returning to her Port Stanley roots and they decided to keep the original 1950s cottage on one lot for family and guests and proceed with a "new build" on the other lot for their retirement.
