TIPS
to help you look your best for that special day: 2
Rehearse your styling with a professional stylist 7-10 days before the date,
when the style and length will be similar to the day of the wedding. Any accessories, like a small hat, floral piece or jewelry, should also be rehearsed for the total look.
Choose a style that is not too trendy, and one that you will like forever,
because you want the photos to be timeless and flattering to you over the long term. This is where your professional stylist works wonders.

Get your cut and colour or highlight within seven days prior to the big day,
with your last shampoo about 24 hours before the event, because often hair that is too clean is harder to style and hold. Your stylist may choose to wet down your hair, if necessary.
Maximize the condition and shine in your hair with a mask treatment a week prior
to the wedding date to ensure your best finish ever. ISSUE ELEVEN: JULY/AUGUST 2010 www.citywoman.ca
